The Aliens

Finally, the Aliens lost a fantasy bowl. Won as the
eighth seed (out of eight) and then as the first seed (first time in MFL history, a first seed won
it all). Voted most likely to miss the draft held in his own back yard.
The Bearbacks

Fantasy Bowl Wins: 1
Only team in league to have a tattoo as the official team uniform. Always have
trouble with those chilly December games. No longer the only one of the original
eight teams not to have played in a Fantasy Bowl, as he whupped the Eradicators in 1998.
The Deadloads

Team owner has three children (going on three), thus dispelling
rumors of the team name being autobiographical. One of the first expansion teams.
Hosted the 1998 satellite draft and more importantly, acts as league treasurer.
The Eradicators

Went to his first Fantasy Bowl in 1998 and got whupped (see Bearbacks). Famous throughout the league
for their fried bananas, the Eradicators have recently expanded and moved into a new
stadium. Oh, and the team has never started a game on time.
Godfrey's Giants

Three time fantasy bowl loser and league grammarian. Best known for wife's
cooking talents! Not good for much else, unless you have the pleasure of playing him the fantasy
bowl. In legal battle with NFL over team slogan, "Feel the Power".
The Hackmasters

Fantasy Bowl Wins: 1
No longer the league long distance award. First fantasy bowl winner, but hasn't down
anything since. Won much more when he was league statistician, now there is a surprise. Say
want you want about him, but this man can Hack. This talent may go to waste now that he has
rejoined the private sector.
The Moomen

Won a fantasy bowl, thus confirming to all other owners this game is a great deal
more luck than anything. Relocated to the ultimate Moo location, Vermont.
Home games played in the Moo Dome, udderly fascinating.
The Port Rats

The team formerly known as the Dot Rats, and the Pack Rats. After three fantasy bowl losses, the
team owner fled, leaving a rookie in his place. The rookie fled, and the embittered
social director Bob came back and posted a 2-12 record! Will Bob rebound to lose another Fantasy Bowl?
The Rally Cats

Owned by a multi media media mogul. Controls all the flow of information from
and about the league. Consistently wins, and has missed playoffs only once. Has
one of the league's better logos.
The Stooges

The commissioner's team. Won two of the first three fantasy bowls. Hasn't won

The Weasels

The 4th owner of this "franchise" is carrying on the losing tradition. The team relocated
to Alexandria, Virginia, but prefers to be called "Washington". Tried to dump his team after a
horrible start in 1998, thus causing the MFL to consider revoking his membership. To no avail, he
is still with us...
White Trash

The Spirit of Boston Sports. Unfortunately, that seems to mean they have the same
won-loss record lately. Replaces the Bearbacks as the league doormat. In eight years, this
franchise has never won a playoff game.
* Note: The Weasels were previously the Hadley Hookers for three years, the Godfathers for one year, and
the Humskis for four years. The Humskis won one fantasy bowl. For historical purposes the Humskis
records are separate, and all other franchise records are kept separately.
