I’ve been a software technical writer since 1998. I have experience writing documentation for all levels of audiences, from inexperienced end users to senior software developers. I am passionate about helping users succeed with products and preventing support tickets with easy-to-use and comprehensive documentation. Specialties: API / developer-focused documentation, and end-user documentation for accounting and system administration software.
