Christmas means a babe in a manger,
   Christmas means wise men came from afar
To see this little One Who was a Stranger
   Guided by a bright shining star.

But Christmas means far more than that.

Christmas means Christ has come 
   To bring peace and joy to all:
The blind, the deaf, the lame, the dumb;
   All who will answer His call.

Christmas means a fresh new life
   To all who are burdened by sin,
Satan, self and worldly strife;
   All who will invite Him within.

What does Christmas mean to you?
   Is it activity and many things to do?
Or is it celebration of the birth
   Of a heavenly One come to Earth?

What does Christmas mean to you?
   Is it tinsel, gifts and a tree?
Or is it giving special honor to
   The One Who came to set you free?
