"Pet Page"

Midi Playing is - "If I Could Talk To The Animals" - Turn up the sound and enjoy

I dedicate this page to my pets, Rex, Lucky, and Taz.

Also, I wish to include those pets being cared for or lost by my internet friends.

Some are patiently waiting for us at the Rainbow Bridge and are enjoying a life of carefree fun and sunshine.

"REX"

July 20,1983 - October 2, 1999

We'll miss you old pal

"LUCKY"

April 8, 1985 - February2, 2002

You will always be in our hearts and minds

"TAZ"

I will see you both at the "Rainbow Bridge". It will be so lonely here until then.

We had to move in September of 2002, and the landlord would not allow us to keep "Taz". We found a good home for her, but in October of 2003, Taz went out and just dissapeared. I hope that he found a new home, and that nothing has happened to him. But, I have to think only that the last time I held him, was in September of that year to say good bye. Please, God, take care of his soul.

Shannon.

No -- We aren't the Taco-Bell Kids ---- We are just three very lucky Chijuajuas who are fortunate to live in Georgia with a lovely lady by the name of Theresa. Theresa gives up many of her days to stay home and play with us, so we won't be lonely. She thinks she is very fortunate to have us to care for. We think that we are the fortunate ones. If you have a pet -- please don't take him or her for granted --- we have feelings and can give lots of love and affection.

~~ Hi There!! My name is "Wolfie" ~~

And I live in California with Aunt Charlotte

Me? Well it's a long story, but Aunt Char sort of adopted me.

My name is "Sweetie" (giggles).
and I'm kind of shy and skittish.
I steal all of Aunt Char's stuff so I have an excuse
to let her get close to my "bedroom" to re-collect it.
It is getting to be a game now though.

I wish I had a page for you to check out -- But Aunt Char say's she will make me my very own webpage that you can visit.

My name is Mitzy, and I guess I'm pretty lucky to live with my daddy, Dana. He lets me be in charge of the house either when he's home or not home. Ahhh Yes!! It's a great feeling to have my own castle. Just like Ralph Cramden in the Honeymooners. Anyway, Daddy has a friend that owns this webpage. He thinks my daddy, Dana, is one of the best friends he ever had.

Bev, thank you for sending me this. It helped to read this message that I know that Rex must have put into your hands to forward to me.

God bless,
Shannon

"I stood by your bed last night, I came to have a peep. I could see that you were crying. You found it hard to sleep.

I whined to you softly as you brushed away a tear. "It's me, I haven't left you. Im well, Im fine, Im here."

I was close to you at breakfast, I watched you pour the tea, You were thinking of the many times, your hands reached down to me.

I was with you at the shops today, Your arms were getting sore. I longed to take your parcels, I wished I could do more.

I was with you at my grave today, You tend it with such care. I want to reassure you, that I'm not lying there.

I walked with you towards the house, as you fumbled for your key. I gently put my paw on you, I smiled and said "It's Me."

You look so very tired, and sank into a chair. I tried so hard to let you know, that I was standing there.

It's possible for me, to be so near you everyday. To say to you with certainty, "I never went away."

You sat there very quietly, then you smiled, I think you knew...in the stillness of that evening, I was very close to you.

The day is over...I smile and watch you yawning and say "goodnight, God bless, I'll see you in the morning."

And when the time is right for you to cross the brief divide, I'll rush across to greet you and we'll stand, side by side.

I have so many things to show you, there is so much for you to see.

Be patient, live your journey out...then come home to be with me."
