"WEB PAGE TOOLS"

Computer Users -- Download Here To View as WebTV

Everybody sing:

I've been working on my web page - all the live long day.

I've been working on my web page - just to pass the time away.

Tra - la-la-la-la-la-la -- laaa......

Oh! Forget it....

Whether you are building a webpage or just dressing up your Email page, you might find one or all of the tools on this page very helpful.

These tools and words of helpful advice were put together by the "pros" and I know that I certainly get a great deal of use out of them on a daily basis.

One very good tool for working on your pages is the HTML TEST BED (see F-Key saver below). Here you can enter your page and view it as you go along and not have to "save" - "view" - say something like "OH Darn!!" (LOL) - and go back to re-edit and so forth.

This saves so much time and frustration. All you need to do is make your entry then scroll down to view it and scroll back up to view it.

When you have it where you want it, just * Cut and paste (C&P) it into the desired web or Email page.

* If you do not know how to cut and paste go to my web page on cutting and pasting and learn how. Click here.

Speaking of an F-Key Saver next to the HTML Test Bed below, I have entered Owens4 "blank" F-Key Saver in the one below.

Very simply bring this item up on your page and go to "The Source" .

Enter the URL for the F- Key Saver and click "View Source".

This will give you the coding for the Blank F-key Saver which you can C&P onto your own page and install your own URL's and Headings.

Now would be a good time to store the "Source" in your favorites and assign a "shortcut" F-Key to it.

Do that by going to organize and find "shortcut", When the items appear just assign an F-Key number to it.

Now when you need it, just hit the F-key # you assigned to it and it will come right up.

No need to go and find it.

I have also included another HTML Viewer Source in the below table. In case "The Source is busy, you might want to try that one.

Also, any images or graphics (non copyrighted) you wish to use from someone elses page must be transloaded in order to avoid stealing band width from non-free sites. Oherwise, these people will get hit with exorbitent charges from their service which may cause them to shut down permanenly.

I have included the *Star Boulevard Transloaderin the below table. This is another excellent tool that should be stored and assiged an F-Key #.

*If you dont know how to use the transloader, go to my web page I set up for creating banners. Instructions for using the transloader are on that page. Click Here.
