It is a sad day in America for the gay community. The hope and dreams of the gay community went down the toilet with the re-election of George W. Bush. Now we have to live in fear under the leadership of this maniacal tyrant. I have to admit that I am ashamed to call myself an American.

The Bush-Cheney team is the most anti-gay administration in the history of the gay rights movement. ... The Bush-Cheney Administration actively opposes every major policy initiative we care about -- a federal nondiscrimination law, a hate crimes law, family protections, AIDS prevention, you name it. Ideology and religious zeal have replaced science as the driving force within the federal health care and research bureaucracy. And worst of all, President Bush has joined forces with the anti-gay industry, who scapegoat gay and lesbian families to promote their broader agenda of intolerance.

I was hoping that Bush's presidency would end before he caught up to the death toll of the terrorists but that is not to be. Bush is now responsible for the death of more Americans, killed in Iraq, than the number of Americans killed on Sept. 11th at the hands of the terrorists.

This is the man that has the authority to send our children off to be slaughtered in Iraq. God save us!!
