Jim Varney

Through his raspy southern voice and funny body contortions Jim Varney captured the hearts of millions through his character Ernest P. Worell. It all started in 1987 with Ernest goes to camp. Here is a list of the sequels that spawned from that film:

Jim was born on the date of June 15, 1949 in Lexington, Kentucky. Jim began on stage through a production of A Midsummer’s Night Dream. The instant Jim started to perform his rubbery face, and accident proned simpleton would bring him very far. Recently he has been appearing in films such as:

Toy Story 2
No matter what parts he played he owes everything to the bumbling idiot Ernest. Jim died of Lung Cancer on February 10, 2000.
