Cadet First Sergeant Technical Sergeant Scott Owen

Cadet First Sergeant Technical Sergeant Scott Owen is the First Sgt. of the Brockton Composite Squadron. As First sgt. he serves as the Senior Enlisted cadet in the unit. He is primarily responsible for execution and implimentation of orders. He assists the commander in training and orginization of all the other cadets in the unit. He is charged with maintaining discapline within the unit. He is responsible for ensuring that all enlisted personel comply with regulations and standards established by the Civil Air Patrol orginization and his commanders. As Brockton Composite Squadron's Primary representative to the Wing Cadet Advisory Council cadet Owen is also responsible for bringing the ideas of his squadron to the attention of the wing as a whole.

Cadet Owen joined Civil Air Patrol in 2001.
