A few weeks went by after the concert. Kara came over Andy’s house to just hang out. It was a Friday and they were just watching some videos on MTV, BET, and MuchMusic in Andy’s living room. Then Kara’s cell phone rang.

"Hello Kara speaking"

"Hey whats up Kara…this is A.J."

"Oh hey whats up" Kara said beginning to sit up in her seat.

"Nothing…I just got off the tour" A.J. replied.

"Oh…so where are you guys right now?" Kara asked.

"New York…were doing this thing for MTV" A.J. answered.

"Really…hold on for a second," Kara said putting her hand over the phone.

"Andy guess who is on my phone" Kara said facing Andy who was watching Mary J. Blige’s new video.

"I don’t know" Andy said not even facing Kara.

"A.J. from the Backstreet Boys.

"Really…it took him long enough to call back" Andy replied.

"Whatever" Kara said putting the phone back to her ear.

"I’m back…sorry about that" Kara said.

"That’s cool" A.J. answered.

"So how long will you guys be up in New York?" Kara asked.

"For like a week and a half…that’s kind of why I called." A.J. answered.

"It was…why?" Kara asked confused.

"Yeah I wanted to know if you and your friend Andy wanted to come up here to see us?" A.J. asked.

"Sure…I would like to, but Andy…" Kara starting saying until Andy cut her off.

"Why are you using my name in your conversation" Andy said looking straight at Kara.

"A.J. wanted to know if you and me wanted to go up to New York to visit him and the rest of the guys," Kara said looking down at the ground.

"Well you can go I don’t care, but I’m not going" Andy said raising her voice.

"Well I guess you heard her…It will just be me coming" Kara said speaking into the phone.

"Okay I will send the limo tomorrow…around 10:00am" A.J. said with a smile on his face.

"Limo…dam I never had a limo sent to my house, let me give you my address" Kara said giggling.

Kara gave A.J. her address and they said goodbye. Kara was a little upset at Andy because she didn’t want to go to New York by herself.

"You are so dead wrong," Kara said with an attitude in her voice.

"No I’m not…why would I want to go see the Backdoor Boys" Andy said raising her voice back at Kara.

"Come on It will be cool…you won’t have to say anything to them…I just don’t want to go by myself…come on I would do it for you.

"Dam I don’t know why I am so nice…Okay, but…" Andy began saying until Kara cut her off.

"Thank you…I am going to plan out what to wear…and I will see you tomorrow" Kara said heading out the door. She got into her pink Volkswagen Beetle and drove home.
