It was 9am and Andy was sleeping in her bed. She woke up to her room phone ringing.

"Hello" Andy answered sounding very sleepy.

"Don’t tell me you are still sleeping" Kara said yelling into the phone.

"Yeah…I am" Andy said lying back into her bed.

"Do you know what time it is…you need to be here by 10am." Kara said.

"Oh shit…I forgot" Andy said jumping up out of her bed.

"Just hurry up and get ready…and bring your ass down to my house" Kara said before hanging up the phone.

Andy got her stuff ready heading into the shower and got back into her room, put on her Monica CD and began singing to Street Symphony. She didn’t decide what she was going to wear. She looked at the clock and it was now 9:40. She finally decided to wear her hair in a low ponytail and wear her cream cargo pants and a tight brown shirt and her brown sandals to match, she figured wearing light colors went nice with her brown skin.

Back at Kara’s house she was picking out what she was going to wear also. She wanted to wear something that would make her stick out, but nothing to fancy. She picked out her long black skirt and her red shirt with Chinese characters on it, and her black platform sandals. After putting her hair in like 50 different styles she decided to wear it down. When she looked at her watch it was 9:57. She ran downstairs to see if Andy had gotten there yet.

Both girls where in the limo on there way to a New York hotel where A.J. would be waiting for them. The first few minutes of the ride were quite until Kara broke the ice.

"So are you nervous" Kara said in a low voice facing Andy.

"Yeah kind of, I don’t even know why…it’s not like I really care about seeing those white boys." Andy said with a smile on her face.

"Whatever…I am so nervous," Kara said trying not to let Andy see her laughing at her joke.

"So what are we exactly going to be doing when we get there?" Andy asked.

"I’m not even sure…all I know is that they are doing a show for MTV and I think we are going to go with them, and then maybe hang out after" Kara answered.

"Oh that sounds like fun," Andy said in a sarcastic voice.
