The next day Nick drove me home and I invited him in. Of course he accepted. We walked into the house to find that I had three messages in my mail box.

"Geez, I'm popular." I said while stifling a small laugh. Nick laughed too and I pushed the button to hear the messages. All three of them were from Jeremy telling me how sorry he was and how he would never let it happen again if I just came back to him. Yeah right, like I could be so stupid. I noticed that Jess wasn't home, so I went into the kitchen to see if she left a note. She did, and it read:

Coley,
Sorry I'm not here, I had to run some errands, but I'll be back around 1. Hope your mouth is feeling better.

P.S. Maybe if you ask really nice Nick will kiss it all better for you! LOL!!!

"Oh God." I said to myself. I put the note down on the table and turned around.

"AAAHHHH!" I shrieked as I ran into Nick. He put his hand on my shoulder and gently squeezed.

"Wow. Calm down. I didn't mean to scare you." he said apologetically. I gave him an accepting smile.

"Sokay." I said.

"What were you looking at?"

"A note from Jess. She had to go to the store or something, but she'll be back at one. Do you want something to drink?" I asked.

"What do you have?" I opened the door to the refrigerator and looked inside. I rummaged around for a minute until I found some pop.

"Okay we have some Coke, Mountain Dew, water, orange juice, and milk. Pick your poison."

"Um.....coke please." I grabbed two cans of coke out of the fridge and turned around to see Nick staring at me. I looked at him weird and handed him his coke.

"What's wrong?" I asked. He took a couple steps closer to me. He held up the note from Jess.

"Will you let me?" he asked now inches away from my face. I smiled flirtatiously, even thought I knew what he was talking about and played hard to get.

"Let you what?" I said seductively.

"Kiss it and make it all better." he said smiling and showing off his pearly whites.

"Well, I don't see why not, I mean......." I started, but before I could finish, his lips claimed mine for a long, passionate kiss. His tongue slipped between my lips and tasted the inside of my mouth, massaging my tongue with his. After what seemed like an eternity, I pulled away. I just stared up into his crystal clear azure eyes, watching ever so carefully how they sparkled in the light.

"Nick....." I started, only to have Nick start to say my name at the same time. We both laughed
