Welcome to the Unofficial Growth & Development web site. This site is to help improve the outlook on the goals of this organization. For too long brothers & sisters have been involved in negativity that has only lead us to a stand point in our time. Now is the time for a change in our mentality to end the ignorance, poverty, hate, and death that has plagued our communities across the Nation. Brother's and Sister's need to open their eyes and realize that the world is bigger than just your neighborhood. We've been too long trapped in the ways that has been systematically put upon us by those who do not want to see us regain consciouness of our capabilities. Now is the time to bring a new age to this organization in order to achieve our goals for better educational, economical, political and social development to be achieved. This gangsterism was brought forth by the likes of Al Capone, and should stay within the likes of such. We are not copy cats. We are a special group of people and should behave in an a manner of great dignity and honor. We will always be in a struggle if we continue to behave in the ways we're expected to behave. Black and Latino people have been looked at as animals, and we've been mentally poisoned to become the ones filling the zoo's that are being made for the public to gaze upon. We must put an end to all the foolishness and continue forward towards a positive spin in our lives. We must choose the path of the new concept, change is good. The world does not stay the same and we are part of the world. Brother's and Sister's alike must wake up and see that the ungrateful has set down a path for us and we must show that that path is the wrong path. Our ancestors have died trying to keep us with our most precious pearls. We must be willing to live to continue to teach our youth about who and what we are. We are the future pride and shining stars. We must make an exodus from the mental enslavement that has been purposely placed in front of us to keep us from excelling to our fullest potential. We must be willing to persue our Hon. Chairman's philosophy and become as one not only with ourselves but with all other nations who struggle as we struggle for we are all as one under the sun. We must be UNITED IN PEACE for in unity there is strength. Remember the saying, " united we stand, divide we fall ", that is a very true statement. Do not allowed our oppressors to continue to divide and conquer us.
