• Goalies must attend all sessions in their age group.

• Goalies who also want to skate out must also evaluate as skater.

• Tuition must be paid or arrangements must be made or skater may not evaluate.

• Players must attend all evaluations to be considered for the highest possible team next season.

• $25 USA hockey registration fee must be paid at time of evaluation sign ups.
