Jeff Hanneman wrote the book on aggression along with co-guitarist Kerry King. They have created some of the fastest, heaviest, most evil songs in the history of music, nevermind thrash. If you want intense aggression look no further than Hanneman and Slayer. He also played interesting leads up through Divine Intervention but now he just uses his Kahler whammy bar and makes noise. Essential listening for Jeff is really any Slayer album, but I would venture to say that Reign in Blood is his best effort.
