I recently saw/taped Dazed and Confused on USA. The movie didn't do much for me I must say, and it didn't seem to do much for Adam's acting abilities. Sure the movie was funny and all that stuff, but it didn't have a real foundation to it. And to top it all off, Adam looked pretty stupid(see pic above). I mean what's up with the hair!
On the good side, he did seem to fill out his role as a geek pretty nicely, right down to the icky flannel shirt and the law school thing. Also, for him to be casted among Ben Affleck and for his name to show up before Ben's wasn't a bad factor. I didn't think the movie was really that bad. If you were bored outa your mind and had nothing better to do, go rent it, but besides those circumstances, I won't recommend it.
I've gotta say, this was the best movie I've ever seen. It was completely realistic in a blood and guts way. Th acting was amazing(applause for Tom Hanks and of course Adam) and the scenery was incredible. This film was shockingly heart pounding. I could hardly exhale in the 2 hours I was watching it. I've watched it 4 times in two days and every time held the same excitement. Adam's character was Jewish and kind of a smart ass. But how he died was totally treacherous(I'm not gonna spill how he died, you've gotta see it for yourself). On a scale of one to ten, I give this movie a 11!
