The future of our children is in your hands. We cannot emphasize this too much.  Parents...do you know where your child is right this minute?  If you cannot answer that question, perhaps you have a problem on your hands.  Have you hugged your kid today?  Have you found the time to communicate on his/her level ?  Have you discussed his or her safety under these trying times?  Or are you relentlessly pursuing your own endeavors, forgetting that your most precious commodity are your children?  This page is written by a parent for a parent.  It has saddened me that in this modern world of ours we have so many children go hungry, go without parental care and love, most often due to circumstances beyond the parents control.

One thing you CAN do for you child is to make him or her aware of all the dangers that lurk just about everywhere they go.  Their lives are at stake!

So please take the time to look over the ensuing pages with your children and then discuss what you have read with them.  Perhaps a needless hospital visit or yes, even death, can be avoided.

BROKEN DREAMS

As children bring their broken toys
With tears for us to mend
I brought my broken dreams to God
Because He was my friend.

But instead of leaving Him
In peace to work alone
I hung around and tried to help
With ways that were my own.
