Mandy's second single focus group

We wanted to get there early so we got there about 1:30pm.  A girl named Missy (who is in a group called Access Denied) was there with her dad.  We talked for a while then about 2:30pm other people started to come.  About 2:45 one of the ladies from Cybervenue (the people who put the whole thing on) came out and video taped us standing outside for her website (I didn't turn to her so I don't think you will be able to see me in that).  Then about 2:55pm they let us in (I was the first in) and we had our name checked off the list, put our name in a drawing, got a name tag, and got a "Meet Mandy" biobox.  It was a case just the "Candy" cassette single and had to same poster that came with the cassette single.  The cassette also had to same snippet thing that is at the end of the single but also had a snippet of "Candy".  I went and sat down and they had these black folders in front of most the chairs.  On the cover was a Cybervenue sticker and in the inside there was a Mandy sticker on the folder and in the pockets there was the an info. sheet about all the websites that Trans Continental Media, Inc. does (they do websites for Mandy, 'N Sync, Take 5, LFO, C-Note, Innosense, Mista Brizz, Phoenix Stone, and Trey D), and a sheet that told us about CyberVenue.com and about what we would be doing that day.  In the right pocket they had the sheet that we wrote what we thought about her songs, our top three picks for her next single, what we think is missing from pop and top 40 radio, our age, and our gender.  And a Mandy sticker, a Mandy postcard, and a Cybervenue sticker.  After everyone was in and we were told what to do and all that stuff they played seven of her songs the whole way through, "What You Want", "So Real", "Quit Breaking My Heart", "Not Too Young", "Lock My In Your Heart", "Walk Me Home", and "something".  During that time they took pictures and video of us doing the survey (I'm wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, have long brown hair, and wear glasses so you can look for me when they put the stuff up on her website).  After that we got a CD by Kimberly Thach (who was there).  Then we ate pizza and did the drawing.  I didn't win anything but the prizes were a signed C-Note CD and postcard, a 'N Side 'N Sync book, signed Mandy 8x10 picture, a Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt, and the posters that they hang around the room and had the cover for Mandy's album and Cybervenue Mandy Moore 2nd single focus group on it.  Then I got my picture taken with Kimberly Thach and got her autograph. Then I took pics of the stuff on the walls of NYPD. I also got my picture taken with Tony Mandy's producer. To find out what I got in the mail click here.
