I need your prayers.
My 85 year old father had either a stroke or heart attack this morning as he was coming down the stairs and fell and has broken his neck. He is paralyzed from the neck down at this point and is breathing thru a ventilator.
He is alert, but can't communicate. My mother is struggling with the decision to remove the ventilator, even though the doctors have told us there is no hope for recovery and that he will never talk or breathe on his own again.
Please pray for him (and all of us that are in the family).
It is my hope that the Lord will take him tonight, as we've asked the hospital not to use any extraordinary measures to resuscitate if his condition deteriorates.
