1. I the SELLER to the best of my knowledge this dog's is in good health.
2. I the SELLER do guarantee the health for fourteen days after BUYER receives
dog's and guarantee the dog's is not carrying a virus or serious illness for up to 10 days after BUYER receives dog's.
3. I the SELLER will replace the dog's or refund a cash value equal to, but not more then the price paid for the dog's.
If I should be found negligent, and BUYER will ship dog back to SELLER at BUYERS expenses.
4. I the BUYER guarantee to take the dog's to a QUALIFIED VETERINARIAN with in three day of receiving dog's for full checkup
and examination and will send copy of health certificate to SELLER with in 7-10 days or void all guarantees.
5. If death should happen the BUYER will have a QUALIFIED VETERINARIAN do an autopsy within 12-24 hours to show the full
reason for death, at no expenses to the SELLER.
6. I the BUYER will be held responsible if I should cause the death or lose of the dog's whether it be by; stupidity, negligence
and will agree to Section IIII: 1, 2, 2a, 2b,
1. The BUYER will be responsible for all shipping costs, to include the following: Shipping containers, Insurance,
health certificate and any unforeseen expenses.
2. The SELLER and BUYER will obey all shipper rules and regulations as to shipping dogs.
3. I the BUYER will not hold the SELLER responsible for any reason, {death, loss, etc} during shipping.
4. The dog's will be shipped in proper animal shipping carrier with proper markings.
5. The dog's will not be shipped if weather is not permitting; TEMPERATURE, STORM. ETC.
1. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES or COST OF COVER will be paid if BUYER BREACHES the AGREEMENT after
agreement is made, at a $50.00 Minimum to Maximum of $100.00 Dollars.
2. All returned checks {FOR ANY REASON} BUYER will pay $20.00 per check to SELLER.
3. SELLER will provide all AKC papers upon delivery of dog's and or when dog's is paid in full.
1. SELLER will retain BREEDING RIGHTS to dog's to use to breed SELLERS dog's at no cost to BUYER.
2. BUYER will not NUTERED or SELL dog's without SELLER agreement and knowledge.
2a. If dog is NUTERED or SOLD, BUYER will pay for all STUD FEE'S not to be more then the cost of {TWO FEE"S}.
2b {two fee's} to include the following cost's: SHIPPING, VETERINARIAN & BOARDING.

1. The Puppy (Female) (Male) is guaranteed in good heath if checked out by a veterinarian within 5 working days of pickup, {if not healthy} full refund or replacement of puppy.
2. For the some of (000.00 Dollars.
3. Puppy has all up to date shot's and wormed, all shots after pickup will cost $10.00 each by SELLER.
4. BUYER, will pickup after puppy is weaned.
5. SELLER, will not hold puppy longer then seven days after weaned.
6. A non-refundable deposit of $000.00 Dollars will hold puppy till weaned.
