Why are all of these photos online? My grandmother was a WAAF, on a barrage balloon crew during WWII. She had a very interesting life, and unfortunately she passed away before we could talk much about what she'd done during the war. I'm hoping that if someone knew her, or recognizes anyone else in these photos, they'll drop me a line. On another note, my cousins in Australia managed to track down family here in the USA by seeing these photos, so it's working! kate@thepaperdolls.org
