This is my 1985 Sabre V65. She 34K miles on her. What a beast! Brute force is the only way to describe the engine. She is a very fast example and has beaten 3 V65 Magnas :-) It has been upgraded/modified quite a bit with: Filter Style Adapter DD Oil Mod, Superbrace, Low Temp Fanstat, Chromed fork lowers and Superbrace,Progressive Springs, New Fork Seals, New D205's, Stainless Steel Brake lines,Rebuilt front brake master, Nighthawk S bars, Corbin and backrest, Jet kit, K&N filter
Jardine slip ons, Custom DD 3.40 rear end, rebuilt all brake calipers, new brake pads front and rear, Full Hondaline Fairing, Hondaline Guages in fairing, Andrews coils, 8mm wires, New fuel lines, Replaced many bolts/screws with 316 Stainless steel Allen head bolts/screws, Changed shock oil in Rear.
I guess I just love to tinker with this baby. Finding OEM parts to replace faded OEM parts was a challange too! Not to mention hunting down a near perfect Hondaline full fairing! Sadly, 2nd gear is now going and I bought a new bike recently. So, it looks like she's going to a new home this week. I put 3 years of blood sweat and cash into her and I will miss all the fun I've had. Maybe as a second bike one day, unless I can wrestle a certain 86 VFR out of my friend's cold dead hands before then!!!

Dude!!! This is my 1985 V45 Magna. I added case guard, hi-way pegs, windsheild, saddle bags, & 20,000 smiles!!! I bought it 3 years ago with only 8'000+ miles on it. Everyone thinks its a new bike cause she's so beautiful!! See y'all on the road!!!
