marinated chuck roast | |
1 - 4 to 6 lb. chuck roast |
1/2 cup cooking wine |
meat tenderizer | 1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
garlic powder to taste | 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce |
2 tbsp. corn oil | 1 tbsp. soy sauce |
1/4 cup ketchup | 1/2 tsp. pepper |
Sprinkle roast generously with meat tenderizer and garlic powder. Marinate roast in mixture of remaining ingredients in shallow dish in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with additional tenderizer. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Grill over medium coals until done to taste.ENJOY
