Oven Beef Stew


Ingredients:

2 lbs. stew meat, cubed
3 medium potatoes, cubed
6 medium carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 slice bread, cubed
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. minute/instant Tapioca
1 can Tomato soup
3 cans water (tomato soup can)


Preparation:

Combine all ingredients.  
Cover and bake 4 hours at 325 degrees F.
Stir several times while baking.
