Low-Fat Coffee Smoothie



Ingredients:

1 cup milk 
2 Tbsp. sugar (or equivalent of sugar substitute)
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup (regular or lite)
1 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
7 ice cubes



Preparation:

Blend for 2 - 3 minutes on high speed, pour, and drink!
It's think and rich like a milkshake but with very few calories!
