1 lb. ground turkey | 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion |
1/4 cup fresh parsley | 2 tbsp. red wine |
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning | 1/4 tsp. salt |
4-Whole Wheat hamburger buns | 1/4 tsp. black pepper |
preheat broiler:
Combine turkey, onions, parsley, wine, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in large bowl; mix well.
Shape into 4 (3/4 inch thick) burgers. Spray rack with non stick cooking spray. Place burgers on
rack and broil 4 inches from heat,5 to 6 minutes on each side. ENJOY
