would like to stay elsewhere.  Also, log on to RKMC Web Site for more info on Americade: redknightsmc.org
There was also discussion on (Parade) dress.  President Tom Bogart called the International and found out the
"Uniform of the Day" is: white uniform dress shirts (FD patch optional), blue pants, and red vest.  However, you can wear civilian clothes as well.  The only thing they stressed is, if you wear the RKMC patch, then the "Uniform of the Day" is required.
We also discussed where the meetings are being held.  It was suggested that we have the meetings at different locations to accommodate the members who live a distance from Lynnfield.  We will discuss this in more depth at the next meeting, and see if we will have a member host a meeting in their town, and make arrangements for the meeting.
The next meeting will be on February 1, 2001 at the Lynnfield South Fire Station, and will commence at 6:30 p.m.
If any member has any questions please call me at (987) 538-3946.  Leave a message, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Again, thank you again for your interest in our chapter, and I hope to see you at the next meeting.

In other news, we have seen a Red Knights vest completed by
C&H Custom Leathers in Peabody, and it looks great!  We would like members who have received the rockers and patch to

up quickly to defer the cost to them.  The prices of the vests are $100.00 for the western style, and $150.00 for the (dress) style.  There is an additional cost of $35.00 for them to sew the rockers and patch on the back of the vest.  The number for C&H Custom Leathers is (978) 531-0415.
There was also a discussion on rides.  The Americade is in June, and if people wanted to go and stay there for a week or so, we have listed a few places where we have stayed in the past, and feel they are good resorts.  Again, the more the merrier.

We have stayed at the Lake George Escape, East Schroon River Road, Lake George NY and we had a great time.  We rented a trailer and stayed Thursday to Sunday.  At the end of the newsletter is a copy of the brochure with numbers to call and prices.  (Phone: 800-327-3188).  If you are planning to attend the Americade,  I would call early as the rentals go fast.  If you decide to stay at Lake George Escape, when you make reservations, tell them you with Tom and they will try to put us near each other if they can.  Its booking up fast - try to make reservations ASAP.  There are also names of other places listed at the end of the newsletter if you

contact them to make arrangements to be fitted for the vest.  They have spent a bit of money on the leather, and we felt that we would have the vests made
