The
Story of the Flocks and the Rain and the Sun
When it
rains, the goats say, "The enemy have
beaten us," and they run away and hide
themselves; but the sheep say: "Mother
has oiled us," and they remain out in the rain.
When
the sun burns fiercely, the sheep say,
"The enemy have beaten us," and go hide
themselves in the shade; but the goats say,
"Mother has oiled us," and stay in
the sun.
