Resort Motel is located on a 69 acre pond which offers a private
beach, shade trees, boating, fishing, swimming and outdoor grills.
We also offer an outdoor pool suitable for adults and children.
This resort Motel has large tastefully furnished rooms to offer
complete relaxation and comfort along with cable tv, laundry room
for guests, and room phones, which are automated so you can receive,
call at any time.
Our rooms come accommodated,
with two double beds or Queen size beds. We have water view rooms
with a queen size bed. We also have several rooms with balconies
over looking the lake. Our rooms have 75 cable channels HBO channels
and three different and NESN.
The Resort Motel is located
1 mile on the right from exit 6 heading towards downtown Hyannis,
MA. directly next to the Hyannis Chamber of Commerce.

are located centrally to all of the Cape Cod activities:
Restaurants,
Shops, Theaters, Golf, tennis , 1 mile to Barnstable whale watching
,and the famous Craigville beach is just a short distance away.
