Hello,This is the rules and info section of the site.Here you will be told how to join and how to play the game.And I ask of you to read the whole thing even if it doesn't apply to your character.
Premade Characters
When you choose a premade character,which is a normal Sonic character, then all you have to do is mail me asking for the character, but for your convenience check the base stats page so you know what your strengths and weaknesses are.Also, if you were looking for a character, and disappointed that he/she was taken there are two forms of each character.One in a mech(like Sonic Adventure 2) and out.To find more about this see our Available characters page.
Created Characters
This is a fun thing to do if there isn't a premade character you like left. To do this you will make a name with an animal name at the end if you don't want a human character(i.e. Brian the bear). Then u will say ur strengths and from that I will decide your stats.You can also choose all around.You can also choose to use a mech, but still send me the strengths and weaknesses of your character on foot and I will adk for a mech.You also must come up with three special moves from the list if you pick one of the animal species from there.If not make three of your own, but there are absolutely no one-hit wonder moves.(i.e. Poison Gas-automatically chokes all enemies to death)Include a description of your character as well.
Also choose one item from the item list to start with(with a * next to them).All characters start with 100 rings.
Battle Rules
This may seem a bit strange but it's more fun this way.So here are the rules for each type of battle.
AIM
This is one of the easier ways to do a battle in the RPG.If the person you wish to battle has AIM(aol instant messenger) you may enter an AIM chat with them and a referee and you will battle turnstyle.If you use a special move you can't use another move with it unless you have the proper item(see items page).If you do normal moves you may string it in a combo of up to four.You may also use items which will take up your turn and also may be only usuable for a certain amount of time.
Message Board
This method is for you if you don't have AIM. Here you will post ahead of time who you want to challenge(they can't back out unless Sonic,a moderator or administrator or I let them.)Then you will fight the same as above except wait for replies.It is best if you contact the person your battling and a ref ahead of time to maximize speed.
Chat Battles
This method will be posted as soon as I get a chat.This will most likely be the favored way to battle.
Rules for all fights
In all battles you still have the same restrictions with items and special moves unless specified otherwise. If you have the seven chaos emeralds you may transform.How long you stay like this will be determined by your aura level.Every turn 40 aura will be depleted, if you don't have less than 40 in then all will be depleted and next turn you will change back.In chat battles there will be an option to have a rush fight,which will be explained when we get there.
The Chaos Emeralds
Eventually there will be a board added where you can request to search for the emeralds.To make things fair there is an unlimited amount of people who can possess seven of them.But, to make sure everyone doesn't just get them right away you will have requirements before you can search for them(it will take seven days to find them all,one per emerald)You will need all stats above fifty, you will need 500 rings for traveling costs, and you will need to have bought the emerald radar.Once you have all this you can post on the Chaos emeralds board a request for a search.
Stat rules
Everyone starts out with certain stats. You gain stats by fighting,questing, and you can train with someone with higher stats than yours. You must keep track of your stats somehow(notepad is a very easy way to do this and most computers have it)I will keep track too and post stat changes occasionally, but if I'm not on and the ref doesn't know your stats than you can't fight unless you tell him/her your stats, and don't lie because I will have all stats recorded and you'll be reset if you lie.
Inactivity
If you are to not be playing for an extended period of time you must contact either Nicholai13@hotmail.com or JonDark911@aol.com.If you don't and you are inactive for 10 days you will be deleted.However, I'll try to get in contact with you before a deletion is made.
General Store
This is simple to get items, go to my message board and post in the general store a request for an item, and the costs will be deducted.You must also keep track of your rings.
Message Board
You can swear to a certain extent, but don't get too crazy with this(about more than ten swears in a post, I don't care much about swearing) or ten or more points will be deducted from each stat,you can also be reset or deleted if you do this too often. If you do something like a post of having sex with anything(a pole, a girl, yourself etc.)then you will be reset the first time and deleted if you do this twice.There are probably young kids who play this game.
