option 2.7 - Print Student's Terminal Report Information:
This is used to print the
Terminal Report Information for each student
at the end of the term.
Print range options:
-Print all information
for selected Term (default).
-Print records falling
within the range entered starting at
Minimum School Number upto
Maximum School Number (e.g. 7750-7790)
-Print records falling
within the range entered starting at
Minimum Form upto Maximum
Form (e.g. 1A-1K).
-Print records falling
within the range entered starting at
Minimum House Code upto
Maximum House Code (e.g. AGG-ART).
Report grouping options:
-By Class (default).
-House.
Report sorting options (within
group):
-By School Number (default).
-Rank (Average Marks).
-Last Name.
"Report
Setup" button: Used to set page width and output device for printing.
"Generate Report" button:
will generate report based on ranges selected into
Screen
Report Output Window.
"Close" button: closes dialog.
