Meg was also purchased from Russell McCord. She turned out to be a real success story. He grandparents are the prestigious Nan and Ben, belonging to Alastair McCrae, 4 time winner of the USBCHA National Herding Finals. She finished her championship at 11 months including multiple Best of Breed placements over specials and a group placement. She finished her conformation career # 7 in the country in April of 2001.
In between breed shows, she achieved her AKC started title in herding including a High Scoring Breed Championship in Kansas and her ASCA started title as well.
Meg now resides with our dear friends Marge and Keith Beahman of McKinney, TX. Although no longer residing at Alamar, Meg still visits on a weekly basis as Marge gets her ready for advanced competition.
