Approval of Minutes
Ruth Maney motioned to accept the minutes of March 20, 2003 as presented; this motion was seconded by Jerry Blumengarten and were approved, with Ed Larkin, Jerry Blumengarten, Cathy Bowmar and Juan Bacigalupi abstaining.
Discussion
Mike Curran distributed the following drafts for discussion purposes:

" Article V-Town Administrator
No conclusions resulted from the discussion.

Other Matters
Chairman Larkin reminded everyone that the Town Meeting is May 5th and that Article 11 on the Warrant is the Commission's request for an additional $10,000 for the completion and printing of the Preliminary Report.

Ruth Maney motioned to adjourn the meeting; Richard Halpern seconded the motion; unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
