broke a water main causing basement flooding in the two buildings the cold water caused a break in a high pressure 8" steam pipe (150 psi)(trigen) in turn caused a break in a gas pipe the force of the steam eruption hurled an Audi almost to the 3rd floor level very serious blast damage was done to 170 tremont st 2nd and 3rd floor rear both buildings were evacuated aprox 250 people no ignition MA 20
