transmuted from the helplessness
of the hit child,
builds bridges to rocks that rise through rough waves,
fires to incinerate dry secrets,
greenhouses to hide the exotic orchids
of her walled heart.
Friendships break on that rock of her anger,
houses are raised,
love and life fueled.
