In an effort to get the new ownership situation settled, Gary Kwan and myself went through an gut-wrenching, hour-long mock draft to see how we should proceed. We have tried to take all issues and concerns into account and made some small changes along the way during the draft to make it work.
The Rules:
1.) $200 Cap, 18 player draft. 2003 salaries and contract in effect.
2.) Owners must draft within 2003 eligible position guidelines (how we picked them prior to the 2003 season)
3.) Only players on active fantasy league rostrs allowed to be picked.
4.) Teams must draft 18 players. If they find themselves without any available players to choose from due to position/salary miscalculations, they must throw a player back into the pool. That team will than pick one player back onto there team, essentially forfeiting there pick until the end of the draft.
