On 8/12 Rachel was nice enough to email me letting me know of a site that was direct linking my pictures. I immediately went to the site which is called "Proud To Be A Slytherin At Heart". Jess (the webmistress) had disabled the source so that I and other site owners wouldn't be able to see our copied links. At first I didn't bother to make sure if it was true so I emailed her asking her if what Rachel had told me was true. All I asked for was for her to confess NOT to take the pictures off, as you can see below:

I trusted that what she had told me was true. And I took pity on the fact that she also said she didn't know how to save animated images (read the image above). The following were my two replies:
After a while I decided to talk to my sister Diana, about it (she has a lot more experience than I do on HTML). I showed her the picture page of the site and she recognized one of the pictures she had enhanced especially for me. She was able to retrieve the source of Jess's site and we instantly saw that she was indeed direct linking MY pictures (as well as some others websites) without my permission. At first I felt bad about putting this page on my site, but when she replied to my e-mail (I don't think she knew that I had already found out the real truth) she completely ignored the first one and only answered the second one still lieing and not willing to tell the truth. I wouldn't have done anything like this if she would have just said the truth about it in the first place because, like, I've said before you could all take any of my pictures, autographs, articles, etc... as long as you credit me. You don't even have to ask for permission all I want is the credit on the site. Here is her response:
I was so mad I emailed her back, letting her know that I knew the truth and whatever her response will be to that I DON'T CARE. I WILL NOT remove this page,because she was the one that could have prevented all of this if she would have just told me the truth when I first asked her.
If any of you disagree with me,let me know. But for those of you who have a site. Let me ask you a question: You put up all your pictures with permision for anyone to take them and the only thing you ask for in return is credit. You find out someone got your pictures. But, that isn't the problem. What is, is that they haven't given you credit AND they're direct linking!!! When you ask them for the truth they lie about it and leave it at that. Wouldn't that just piss you off??? It did to me. And I don't doubt that many of you would have done something like this.
