During phase five called "Telophase", the chromosomes begin to uncoil and lose their rod like structure and start to look thread like making it again called, chromatin. A nuclear membrane forms around the chromatin at each end of the cell. In each nucleus, a nucleolus re-appears. At the end of this phase, the cell starts to pull apart, starting the process of making two daughter cells. At this point, the process of Mitosis is complete, but cell division is not. There's one more phase to go before the dividing of two cells is complete.
