Romaine Salad
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Grated or shredded Parmesan
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Whisk together sour cream, lemon juice, Parmesan, and Dijon in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Toss with lettuce to coat.
