Shrimp Salad

1 pound small shrimp, cooked, shelled, and cooled
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can (3 ounces) chow mein noodles
Avocado slices for garnish

Combine the shrimp, eggs, celery, green onion, and just enough mayonnaise to bind the mixture together.
Add the lemon juice and carefully fold in the chow mein noodles.
Garnish with avocado slices.
