Examples:
Printer is always set to the wrong properties.
color when black and white is desired most often. Horizontal layout when portrait is usually desired, etc.
Configure a computer to use the network card so that it can access the intranet and internet.
Uses and presentations:
Web based instructions can be stored on intranet site for school based access. The collection could also be posted on external internet site. The collection should be searchable. Each page of solutions should come with links to other internet resources. The information can be password protected for access to only school community members.
Career uses
These skills could be useful to a person thinking of technical writing, computer repair or other technical field.
