After a while week in the GWL, the first annual Dark Rumble was held to see who would advance to battle Drake Ruhwen at SummerJam. The winner of the match was Steve Stryker. Now the dream match that everyone had been waiting on for the longest is happening at the place where Drake entered into his first main event. Now as he main events his first World Title Match, will he be able to defeat the icon known as Stee Stryker? Find out soon.

Finally, the Dream comes true for Drake Ruhwen. After 11 months, 24 days, and 8 hours, Drake Ruhwen finally became the GWL World Heavyweight Champion and also by him becoming the World Champion, he also became the fifth-ever Grand Slam Champion of The GWL winning the GWL WORLD, Hardcore, IC, European, and Tag Team Championship. Drake's dream came true over defeating the legend known as Jendryk Epsilon. Now, what awaits the Champ...

Well, finally Drake Ruwhen has received some redemption. Upon losing his chance to become the GWL Intercontental Champion, the GWL backstage had a draft to select the top talent in the federation. Drake Ruhwen was pulled away from Monday Nights as the Second Pick out of 40 possible selections. The odds were great for Drake. Who will be Drake first opponent?

Upon being selected second, it was stated that Drake will be performing against the man that he fought before J-Dawg in a street fight. Who will win, stay tuned.
