fig.3 This graph tends to show that the failure rate was variable but bad. The marked drop at Kololo in 1971 is interesting but the cause is unknown. (Many of the 1970 students retook the exam. Perhaps they had studied more in the intervening year; perhaps the weaker ones did not repeat). |
