1. bad multitasking. even if mac os x server has and mac os x will have preemtive multitasking it sucks on all the other mac os'.

That's exactly why you create and update new OSs; to make them better. If we apply your way of thinking to Windows we will find that the majority of it is not usable.

2. they're overpriced. even though macs is faster than pcs they cost too much. why buy a mac if you can get a faster pc within the same price range?

If you want a Porche, get a Porche. If you want a crappy old Volkswagon for a lower price, get the crappy old Volkswagon.

3. less programs/games. by having more of everything it will guarantee that the program is cheap (and hopefully) good - else they won't sell.

If you go to a computer store and browse the games section you will find that the vast majority of the games are for Windows only, which is why this misconception was started in the first place. The majority of Mac games are downloaded from the web. Even if the game developers do not release a Mac version, which is happening less and less often, some geek somewhere will make a Mac version himself. Actually, percentage-wise there are probably more games exclusively for Mac than there are exclusively for Windows.

4. the memory management. due it might be practical with being able to change how much memory a program may use it's simply stupid not having an automatic handler. windows doesn't give me any problems dispite that i can't change how much memory and program may use.

Once again you speak only from your experience. The ability to control memory distribution places the Macintosh far ahead of any Windows OS. Having an automated handler is great (the Mac does have this by the way), but the ability to manage it yourself is much more advanced.

5. games on a mac is generaly uglier than on a pc. go to q3arena.com and check the screenshots out. notice any difference?

Camparing screenshots does not make a good argument. It has been proven again and again that Mac has better gaming. Any well-informed Windows luser will admit this as well (guess that excludes you).
