Pam visits radio stations

Pam visited several local radio stations in the Netherlands at the beginning of this year (Heart of Country 90 FM, Peelstar 107.7FM, Ab Plant's Countrygein etc.). Not only to promote her new CD "Forever one day at a time" but more importantly to be closer to the listeners and fans. At some radio stations listeners could call in and ask her questions and she was able to do some live singing when accompanied by the fabulous guitar player Johan Hakkens (Desperado).

On the 4th of June Pam MacBeth performed live on Radio Oost in Hengelo between 12.00 and 13.00 hrs. presented by Harm Agteresch. She was accompanied by Johan Hakkens. If you weren't able to tune in or be present well it was  a great performance and lots of fun. The interview was done in Dutch which is very difficult for a person who does not speak the language but Pam, who is trying very hard to learn some Dutch, was able to respond adequately. She even said "Ik spreek geen Nederlands!" The crowd loved her!

On the 11th of June she visited OSU Streekradio Country Special FM 106.7, DJ George Backer in Alkmaar. Some members of the Limmer Sway Dancers were also present and asked Pam questions about her dancing skills. "Spinnin' my wheels" has been the chartbuster (gets played 8 times a day) on OSU Streekradio. As a result of that Pam's music is now played on the following Dutch programs too: AKKU Streek Actualiteiten, De week op vrijdag, Sportcafé, Music Mix, Een plaatje en een praatje and USO Bliem. Thanks folks!

On the 12th of June Pam could be heard at radio Hilversum in DJ Hein Beek's program "Don't mess with Texas" ! Great to be there, greetings to Hein en Bep. Click here for pictures

A special thank you goes out to the radio stations, thanks for supporting Pam's music.
If you want Pam to visit your local radio station, let us know and we will try and make it happen. Stay tuned!
