Most newer model set top dvd player will support vcd and svcd formats.


VCD
	Encodes mpeg1 images at 42k 
		NTSC 352x240 or 704x480
		PAL 352x288 or 704x576

SVCD
	Encodes mpeg2 images at 200k
		NTSC 480x480 or 704x480
		PAL 480x576 or 704x576


Requirements
OS 10.2 or higher, with QuickTime

A temporary build folder is created on the Desktop,
make sure you have enough hard drive free space.

Know Bugs
It is normal if the encode reports an error, then start over,
this will depend on the number of images and they size.

High resolution svcd seems to be most reliable format, it
is recommended to use this format if your player can support it.

No correction for vertical aligned images is made
It is recommended that border are added to vertical images
to make them all 4:3 (ie. 640x480) aspect ratio. 
GraphicsConverter works very well for this, use batch conversion.
