A Song For The Shippers
I've battled and I've fought
Against e'vry unbidden shipper thought
Others say, 'Thy whim, 'tis foolish
For those two shall come to naught'
So I fight these shipper feelings
Tell myself ''Twill never be'
And just when I think I've conquered them
Shipper thoughts sneak up on me
I say to the man in the TV screen
'Thou art meant for her and she for thee
Art thou blind, or art thou foolish?
What is wrong, cans't thou not see?'
Now should I continue this battle
Or should a shipper I remain?
For as a shipper I may expose
Myself to unfathomable pain
But alas, I've given up
Yea, I've now succumbed
To that magnet, to the pow'rfull pull
Of full-fledged shipperdom
So pain is a risk I'll have to take
Let ne'er a pair these two should make
They'll ascertain what I've known so long
Or I'll discover that I've been wrong
