Cafe Mocha:Take a 12 ounce cup; put one to two ounces of chocolate syrup in the bottom of the cup, pour two one ounce freshly espressed espresso shots over the chocolate, fill the rest of the cup with steamed milk, top with light foam and whipped cream if desired.
Cafe Latte:Take a 8 ounce cup; pour one one and a half ounce shot of espresso in the cup, fill one third of the cup with steamed milk, and the last third of the cup with foam. Serve with sprinkled chocolate over the top.
Espresso con Panna:Take a 3 ounce demitasse cup; pour two ounces of espresso into the cup, top with a dollop of whipped cream, serve.

Be sure to use appropriate espresso and milk proportions with cups larger than what the recipe calls for.
