Synopsis:
Salaam Namaste is about two young people in love-n-fight relationship with each other. Starring Saif Ali Khan as Nick, a laidback man with an easygoing attitude, and Preity Zinta as Ambar, a part-time radio jockey at a radio station, 'Salaam Namaste'. (taken from ugccinemas.co.uk)

Saif (Nick) has a change of heart after he feels the baby kick. He decides to propose to Amber (Priety) but mistakenly thinks she is engaged to another. He gets drunk and brings a woman home. Priety sees this and flees, but it turns out he didn't do anything with the woman, just kept crying for Preity. Saif uses the Salaam Namaste show to locate Preity. He is in the middle of proposal (and explanation) when she starts giving birth. He takes her to a hospital where the wife of his friend (Arshad Warsi) is also giving birth in the same room, with the questionable help of a bumbling doctor Abhishek Bachchan. Just before the babies (twins) are born, he puts a ring on her finger.
