The following costumes were created and sewn by myself, and my hunnie P-chan. I admit that I am not the best costume creator around, but I try my best. Everything I learned was taught to me by P-chan. He's the love of my life, my light, my inspiration, my everything. He's the one that insists that I can do it, and he always pushes me further and further creating new costumes and new ideas.

This page is created for you P-chan. With love and tender care!

These costumes aren't in any particular order.. just the order that I found my photo's sitting around.

Kirie/Malice from Fatal Frame
This costume was planned for several months, and finished in a matter of hours. It was made from Baroque satin, which was very shiny, but also very cold. I tied ropes around my neck, ankles and wrists for the character. You can't see from the photo, but it does in fact, have the traditional kimono pillow on the back. Hopefully in the next few months, I will convert this costume to Rosiel from Angel Sanctuary. More on that coming soon.

Mana from Malice Mizer
Everyone says that this is my best costume. I admit that it did turn out very well. It was first created 3 years ago for Otakon, but I pulled it out of the closet for Katsucon and re-vamped it. Because the feathers around the wings had faded, it got new feathers there, as well as a updated wig, beads and collar. When it was first worn, it had a very painful harness that I would nearly cry everytime that it was on for more than an hour, but when I re-designed the wings, we ended up turning the harness around and it fit better, so I was more than happy to wear it.

Kozi from Malice Mizer
This costume made me sure of my own sewing skills more than anything. The red suit only took about 6 hours to make, but the sequin fabric was a real pain to sew. The wings weighed about 20 lbs on my back, but they looked oh so good! This is another costume that I hope to update soon!

Kamijo from Lareine
Another last minute costume, I believe that the hat took the longest to make. It was completely finished, but I accidently left it sitting on the floor, which my cats then decided to rip into shreds, the 2nd hat, which can be seen here turned out even better than the first. I was impressed by the hair extensions tucked up under the hat. Everyone said that they looked almost real!

Black Waltz #3 From Final Fantasy 9
I had been planning this costume for several months before I actually got to work on it. All the credit must go to P-chan. He's the one that sketched out the coat/dress. These were also my first pair of expensive wings. Costing over 100$ in blue and black feathers. Not too terrbily uncomfortable, you can find me every year sitting on my front porch around Halloween time handing out candy and scaring off little childen in this. I don't see any updates for this, mostly because the wings were severly damaged and it would cost too much to replace them.

Alice from American McGee's Alice videogame
I acquired a Simplicty pattern for the Alice in Wonderland costume and added to it... For some odd reason there aren't any adult alice costume patterns that I could find. I wonder why? After making the blue dress, I made the apron using another simple pattern; added the symbols on the pockets of the pinafore and then smeared it with blood. It took me only 1 day to finish this off. I liked the simpleness of it. Nothing uncomfortable and easy to work in.

Hide from XJapan
I needed something easy to walk around in at Otakon, and loving the XJapan music video "Celebration" I just couldn't resist. Nothing hard to make here..just time consuming sewing each of those sequins on. (LARGER PIC COMING SOON)

Yoshiki from XJapan
This was from Otakon 2000. My first real Yoshiki kick. I refused to get my hair cut because I was planning on wearing this costume. I was lucky enough to find a white coat that matched yo-chan's exactly and the stockings I wore underneath were the same exact ones that yo-chan wore in several videos. Any wonder though mine have bee saved since the 80's. Eep!
