born on July 4, 1918 in Yancey County, NC to Joe
Festes Waycaster and Millie Bregettie Jones-Waycaster.

NC, Rose Mary Beal and Paulette Winkler of
Suffolk, VA, Beatrice Echols, Millie Vogel,
Abby Cavender, Carol Ciopryna, Timmy Waycaster, Frank
Waycaster Jr. and Tommy Waycaster of
Jacksonville, Fl, Joe MangiaFico and J.R. Ballou
of Taylor, Fl., also sons and daughters-in-law;
33 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren,
and among numerous others who loved him as "Poppa"
and "Uncle Frank".

from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Hardage-Giddens
Blanding Funeral Home Chapel (5753 Blanding Blvd.,
Jacksonville, FL 32244).
service will be held on Monday, 2:00pm, February
6, 2006 at Hardage-Giddens Blanding Funeral Home
Chapel followed by a motorcycle escort to his
interment at Holly Hill Memorial Park (3601 Old
Jennings Rd., Middleburg, FL 32068) with United
States Navy Military honors at Frank's graveside
commital. Funeral arrangements are under the care
of Holly Hill Funeral Home.
